“You’re Still the Same” fearlessly tackles the universal struggle of breaking free from a toxic, suffocating relationship. The accompanying music video captures the tension of a couple (played by Eh La and Eh Na) as they reach their final breaking point, where love has morphed into a nonstop battle bearing no winners. Friends Star2, Ler Mu Dex, and Tae Tae pick him up in a Sprinter van as the narrative fades. Together, they symbolize friendship, freedom, and the courage to stay true to themselves.
Thai refugee Star2 came into this world enduring a great deal of heartbreak and loss. Now, he is on a mission to elevate the next generation of Ka-ren music artists as well as musicians from the current refugee camps.
